Senior Import Clerk – Feltham, Middlesex
Hours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday
Join our well-established and fast-growing logistics team. This is a senior role where you’ll take ownership from day one and really make your mark. If you know import operations inside out and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment, this job is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Import paperwork: Managing air waybills, bills of lading, commercial invoices and customs entries, making sure everything’s correct and complete
- Freight coordination: Liaising directly with carriers, freight forwarders and our own teams to keep shipments moving smoothly
- Shipment tracking: Keeping a close eye on all inbound cargo, updating our systems and flagging any issues early
- Customs compliance: Making sure every shipment meets UK rules and customs requirements, sorting queries as they come up
- Helping the team: Sharing your know-how, supporting junior staff and helping keep our processes running efficiently

What We’re Looking For


Get help with your application

- Solid end-to-end import experience
- Proven experience working with CDS customs entries
- Knowledge of Sequoia or Boxtop is a real plus
- Super organised, great with customers and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using IT and confident with MS Office
- Used to working at pace in a busy logistics environment
