Senior Independent Recruiter – Remote (UK)
Self-employed | High commission | You keep what you bill
About the role
Aimed at top billers who have done the maths and know the current arrangement doesn't add up. You've earned your desk, and every payslip shows how much of your performance benefits others. This changes that, your billing and your income become aligned. You will become an independent Recruitment Partner with Myn, taking your client relationships with you and retaining the freedom to grow from there.
What you'll be doing
- Running your desk end-to-end: BD, client management, candidate sourcing, screening, and closing
- Building a client base within your specialism, and bringing over any existing relationships
- Negotiating terms, fees, and offers directly with clients and candidates
- Managing your pipeline using Myn's AI-powered CRM, where vacancies are advertised, proposals are drafted, and pre-qualified candidates are surfaced
- Drawing on Myn's compliance, payroll, and operational support so your time stays focused on billing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- A strong, proven billing track record, ideally consistent or top performance at agency, MSP, or RPO level
- Existing client relationships you'd bring across, or the credibility to build new ones quickly
- Able to close at pace without needing every process mapped in advance
- End-to-end delivery experience: sourcing through to placement, under your own steam
- The self-belief to work independently and the judgement to know when to lean on support
What you get
- Flexible remote working, set your own hours and pace
- AI-powered CRM and recruitment platform: vacancies are grouped and advertised, proposals are drafted, and pre-qualified candidates are added to your pool
- A commission structure where your billing and your earnings grow together
- Compliance, payroll, and admin are all fully handled
- Marketing and operational support
- You get the infrastructure of an agency, but keep most of what you earn instead of giving it back to run the business
- If you want to focus only on recruiting, you can work exclusively on Myn-generated opportunities for a high commission, no business development required
