At East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), every donation helps us provide vital care and support to children, young people and families across East Anglia.
We're looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to help grow and develop our Individual Giving programme. If you have experience in fundraising, direct marketing, marketing, or supporter engagement and enjoy using creativity, insight, and data to build meaningful supporter relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and Individual Giving & Legacy Officer, you'll:
- Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of fundraising and direct marketing campaigns
- Develop supporter journeys that encourage long-term engagement and loyalty
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Communications
- Create engaging, relevant, and supporter-focused communications
- Maintain accurate supporter records and handle personal data securely

About you
We're interested in hearing from candidates with:
- Experience in fundraising, direct marketing, marketing, or supporter/customer engagement
- Experience delivering projects or campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets
- The ability to use data and insight to inform decision-making
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
