Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Company Car + Excellent Commission

- Has significant experience within Industrial recruitment
- Has a proven track record of winning and developing client relationships
- Understands how to build a successful recruitment desk
- Is commercially driven and motivated by success
- Wants more than just being another consultant within a large recruitment business
