Overview
Help the world's most strategic Manufacturing & Mobility organisations redesign how business gets done in the AI era. Microsoft's Industry Sales team partners with customers to achieve strategic goals by bringing differentiated industry insight, trusted relationships and solutions that deliver targeted business outcomes and growth. In this role, you will help customers move beyond adopting individual tools to becoming a Microsoft Frontier Company: AI-operated, human-led, powered by human-agent teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, cloud, security and industry solutions.
As a Manufacturing & Mobility Industry Advisor, you will partner with senior business and technology leaders to understand their priorities, shape strategic conversations and identify opportunities where Microsoft can deliver meaningful business value. You will translate industry disruption into compelling transformation agendas, originate new opportunities and connect customer challenges to Microsoft's technology, partner ecosystem and industry solutions. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, deepen executive-level business acumen, hone industry-led selling skills and become a trusted advisor on AI transformation and the future of work. Flexible work options will be confirmed in line with local Microsoft policy and business requirements.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
- Leverage deep industry expertise and market insight to help strategic Manufacturing & Mobility customers accelerate AI transformation, identify new sources of business value and create opportunities that drive customer and Microsoft growth.
- Originate and develop industry-led opportunities across assigned customers, connecting business challenges to Microsoft's AI, Copilot, Security and Cloud solutions through differentiated industry narratives and use cases.
- Bring the Microsoft Frontier Company narrative to life for customers, helping leaders understand how intelligence on tap, human-agent teams and agent-enabled business processes can unlock capacity, agility and measurable outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business decision-makers to shape strategic agendas, influence investment priorities and accelerate demand generation across short- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Act as an industry thought leader, bringing external market perspectives, emerging trends and customer insights that help create scalable and repeatable solutions for customers and Microsoft.
- Partner closely with account teams, solution specialists and strategic partners to orchestrate customer engagements, accelerate opportunity progression and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Drive operational and commercial excellence through disciplined opportunity management, effective prioritisation and a relentless focus on customer impact and value creation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 10+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 8+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 15+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 10+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience.
- Experience shaping executive conversations on AI transformation, agentic AI, future-of-work operating models and industry-specific business value.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence complex customer decisions and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities.

Pay Information
- Industry Advisory IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 841,700.00 - kr 1,433,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- Industry Advisory IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 874,000.00 - kr 1,439,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- Industry Advisory IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 95,300.00 - £ 136,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
