About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager for a 4 month FTC. You will lead complex, high-impact Influencer campaigns end-to-end, from initial strategy and talent selection to execution, reporting, and optimisation. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our clients, across leading global brands across tech, lifestyle, and fitness, managing high-profile partnerships with creators, celebrities, and social talent. Operating independently, you will lead client relationships, manage budgets and negotiations, drive account growth, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior influencer point of contact and trusted advisor, managing communication, stakeholder relationships, and account growth.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream influencer campaigns from concept development and strategy through final delivery, quality control, and reporting.
- Lead creator selection, briefings, outreach, content approvals, contracts, and long-term agency and talent partnerships.
- Direct financial operations, including campaign budgeting, forecasting, fee negotiations, partner contracting (with Legal), and overall profitability.
- Track campaign performance alongside our media team, turning live performance data into strategic optimizations and actionable client insights to meet KPIs.
- Guide cross-functional teams, align project scope, mitigate risks, and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
- Support pitch presentations and business development while representing the company professionally across industry settings and on-set productions.

About You
The essentials:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or an international advertising/marketing agency environment
- Proven experience independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, social platforms and current industry trends
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience managing significant campaign budgets and leading commercial and influencer fee negotiations
- Experience motivating cross-functional teams with a track record of mentoring or supporting more junior colleagues
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect influencer activity to wider brand and business objectives
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, proactive and autonomous, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German would be a plus
- Willingness to travel and participate in productions or client events where required
