Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute award-winning influencer strategies based on cultural insights, catering to high-profile brands.
- Act as the strategic advocate for influence within client’s broader marketing and comms plans, ensuring earned-first and paid synergies.
- Uncover cultural tensions and compelling insights to drive earned-first creative concepts.
- Author clear, inspiring creative briefs that inspire groundbreaking work from creative teams.
- Lead the strategic component of new business pitches, crafting and delivering persuasive, client-focused solutions.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and influence teams to ensure campaign cohesion and impact.
- Mentor junior colleagues, fostering team upskilling and collective excellence.

About You
You’re a -passionate strategist who lives and breathes social and influencer marketing—speaking its language fluently and using it to push boundaries. Key traits:
- Proven earned-first strategies built around influencers, with a track record of delivering results.
- Curious and agile in uncertain spaces, thriving in fluid, fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative by nature, driven by team culture and electing to coach and support others.
