Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager at Disrupt, you'll take ownership of influencer marketing campaigns for some of the UK and Europe's most exciting brands. With a focus on larger clients and higher-value campaigns, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery process, from creative ideation and influencer sourcing to execution, reporting, and client relationship management.
You will be both a strategic and creative partner to your clients, helping them maximise their budgets and achieve measurable impact through influencer activity. In addition, you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work, and mentoring junior members of the team to deliver at consistently high standards.
Impact of Your Role
Your work will directly contribute to:
- Client Retention & Growth: Strengthening long-term client relationships through high-quality delivery and proactive identification of upsell opportunities.
- Campaign Excellence: Delivering stand-out influencer campaigns that meet or exceed client KPIs and are recognised for creative and strategic impact.
- Commercial Performance: Supporting revenue growth through retention, upsell, and, where required, contributing to new business success.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentoring and supporting Account Executives and Account Managers, ensuring they develop their skills and contribute effectively to client work.
- Innovation & Industry Insight: Keeping the team and clients informed of emerging trends, influencer opportunities, and creative approaches that elevate campaigns.
- Operational Efficiency: Demonstrating strong endorsement of agency processes and quality standards, while enhancing internal delivery processes where applicable to ensure scalable, repeatable success across projects.
Responsibilities
Client & Campaign Leadership
- Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of medium to larger budget influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day client contact, providing proactive recommendations and addressing challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Lead campaign reporting, distilling data into actionable insights and strategic learnings that strengthen client relationships.
- Uphold delivery processes and ensure projects are effectively managed and tracked in Asana.
Team Leadership & Development
- Guide and support Account Managers and Executives, ensuring best practice in client communication, delivery, and campaign management.
- Review outputs to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and creativity, providing constructive feedback where needed.
- Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Strategic Thinking & Insight Application
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing and social trends, applying relevant insights to improve campaign performance and client recommendations.
- Understand clients' broader marketing objectives and help translate them into effective influencer strategies.
- Take an active role in defining campaign KPIs and ensuring measurement frameworks are in place to track success.
- Compile and present detailed performance reports, translating data into insights and recommendations.
Commercial & Client Growth
- Strengthen client relationships through excellent delivery, strategic input, and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and contribute to upsell and cross-sell discussions.
- Support new business efforts by contributing campaign ideas, case studies, and insight during pitches or proposals.
