We're Hiring Our Next PuRette: Senior Influencer + Social Strategy Manager
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the senior advisor and main point of contact across our portfolio of lifestyle, beauty, and wellness accounts including grace & stella, Moroccanoil, Absolute Collagen and more.
- Develop and deliver integrated paid and organic influencer and social media strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
- Translate client goals into culturally relevant, results-driven campaigns that go beyond traditional social execution.
- Direct campaign strategy and lead strategic client calls, offering high-level counsel and reactive recommendations.
Campaign Operations & Talent Management
- Build and nurture strong direct relationships with creators, talent agents, and management teams.
- Oversee creator selection, negotiation, contracting, usage rights, payment schedules, and campaign trackers.
- Ensure all creator and social assets strictly align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Lead campaign reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights to optimize future performance.

Team Leadership

- Oversee and elevate all creative outputs, including influencer briefs, organic social calendars, and pitch decks.
- Use cultural trends, platform insights, and performance data to drive bold, proactive ideas for clients.
- Develop creative creator briefs and reactive opportunities that maximize client budgets.
New Business
- Identify and drive influencer and social strategy for new business opportunities.
- Lead influencer and social media thinking for pitches, credential decks, and client proposals.
What Makes You Shine
- Proven experience at a senior level with 3+ years dedicated to influencer marketing and social media strategy (lifestyle, beauty, or wellness experience preferred).
- Agency / Multi Brand background with a deep understanding of the broader PR, creator, and social landscapes, as well as platforms such as Traackr, Corq, etc.
- A confident leader capable of advising senior clients, managing campaigns, and motivating junior team members.
- Commercial awareness with strong talent negotiation skills and a background in managing usage/media rights.
- Established relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies across the lifestyle sector.

Competitive Compensation
- Dependent on experience and includes additional new business introduction commission.
Flexible Work Model
- This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week based in our central London office.
