We are the antithesis of fast fashion, committed to sustainability, quality, and conscious consumption. We’re a certified B Corp, use organic and natural materials wherever possible, and are proud to have donated over £30,000 last year to homelessness and women’s support charities.
We’ve shipped over 500,000 products, we have been on a rocketship trajectory and are hugely ambitious, with recent launches in the US and Australia. We’re on a mission to become one of the largest luxury goods retailers in the world in the next 10 years and significantly reshape the industry as we grow. About the role
We're hiring a Senior Influencer Manager to own and scale Rise & Fall's influencer and creator channel end to end: paid and organic, awareness and revenue.
Influencer is one of the biggest growth levers we have and we're under-indexed on it. We have an affiliate programme on ShopMy that has been building steadily, a growing base of brand fans, and products that creators love. What we don't yet have is a proper engine: a repeatable pipeline that sources, signs, briefs and scales creators at volume, with clear commercial outcomes on both the paid and organic side.
That's your job. You'll build the flywheel: organic and affiliate activity that generates content, proof and demand; paid partnerships and whitelisting that turn the best of it into scalable acquisition; and the pipeline, relationships and reporting that keep both sides compounding. You'll work hands-on across sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracting, and you'll have the autonomy (and the budget) to decide where the money goes.
You'll sit across Growth and Brand, working day to day with our Head of Growth on paid creator spend and attribution, and with the brand and social team on casting, aesthetic and campaign moments. You'll work closely with both founders. As the channel grows, so will the team under you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Build and run the pipeline
- Own the creator pipeline end to end: sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, delivery and renewal, at a volume that moves the numbers, not a handful of hero deals
- Build and maintain a tiered creator database (nano through macro, UK/US/AU) with clear criteria for who we gift, who we pay, who we whitelist and who we scale
- Set and hit monthly targets for creators sourced, signed, posted and renewed; treat the funnel like a sales pipeline and report on it like one
-
Drive the paid side
- Plan and deploy the paid creator budget: fixed-fee partnerships, usage and whitelisting rights, performance-based deals and ambassador retainers
- Negotiate rates and rights directly with talent and agents; know what good looks like on CPM, CPA and usage, and hold the line
- Work with the Head of Growth and paid media team to feed creator content into Meta and other performance channels, and to attribute and optimise paid creator spend against CAC and ROAS targets
-
Drive the organic and affiliate side
- Own the ShopMy affiliate programme: recruitment, commission structure, creator activation, codes and links, monthly revenue targets
- Run always-on gifting and seeding so there's a constant flow of authentic organic content and UGC across clothing, bedding and homewares
- Identify and develop early brand fans into long-term advocates and affiliates
-
Make it compound
- Convert organic winners into paid partnerships, and paid content into organic social and site assets: one engine, not two silos
- Own reporting: a single view of reach, content volume, traffic, revenue and efficiency across paid, organic and affiliate, with monthly learnings that change what we do next
- Keep contracts, usage rights, gifting logs and payments tight and audit-ready
-
Shape the channel
- Set the influencer strategy and calendar alongside brand campaigns, launches, seasonal drops and new-market pushes
- Bring the outside in: creator trends, platform shifts, new formats, what competitors and best-in-class DTC brands are doing
- Build the team as the channel grows; brief and manage an Influencer Executive and/or agency support as required

ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with at least 2 running a programme at scale, most likely inside a larger influencer team at a high-velocity DTC brand
- You've built a pipeline before and can show the numbers: creators contacted, signed, posted, renewed, and what it returned
- A confident negotiator with a strong grasp of market rates, usage and whitelisting rights, and deal structures
- Commercially fluent: you think in CAC, ROAS, commission rates and content cost-per-asset, and you can defend a budget to a founder
- A self-starter who is comfortable owning a channel with minimal hand-holding, building process where there is none, and moving fast
- Hands-on with the tooling: ShopMy (or LTK/Awin/Impact), creator discovery platforms, Meta whitelisting, and tidy spreadsheets or a CRM for pipeline tracking
- A good eye for brand fit: you'll be casting for a modern luxury brand, so taste and judgement matter alongside the numbers
- Bonus: experience launching or scaling creator activity in the US or Australia; experience managing or mentoring a junior
THE PACKAGE
- Competitive salary based on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (33 in total)
- Generous product discount and free product each season
- Bright and inspiring office near Portobello Road
- Learning and development budget
- Pension plan: 3% from the employer & 5% from the employee
- Lots of fun! Great culture with regular team socials & events
- A chance to shape one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest-growing modern luxury brands
