The Opportunity

Are you across the latest creator trends and online communities? Are you looking for a hands-on role leading day-to-day influencer programmes across UK and regional brands? Do you want to be part of a fast growing social agency with the backing of an iconic global creative agency?

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager who will be acting as the bridge between overarching strategy and precision execution. You will not only oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-profile campaigns but also play a critical role in supporting and shaping influencer strategy alongside the Director of Influencer, Strategy and Creative teams. You will be responsible for project oversight, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to Influencer Managers and Executives, elevating the quality of work across the team.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Delivered influencer strategies for major clients and new business pitches.
  • Turned brand objectives into impactful influencer campaigns, creative territories and creator strategies.
  • Led complex, high-profile influencer campaigns from brief through to delivery, balancing creative and commercial objectives.
  • Managed significant campaign budgets across a diverse range of creator and influencer talent.
  • Built strong relationships with clients, creators, talent agents and management agencies.
  • Led talent negotiations and contracts across macro-influencers, celebrities, micro-influencers and UGC creators.
  • Provided senior-level strategic counsel on creator trends, platforms and best practice.
  • Led and mentored Influencer Managers and Executives, maintaining high standards across the team.
  • Delivered clear campaign reporting, turning performance data into actionable insights and demonstrating ROI.
  • Identified and developed opportunities for account growth through proactive influencer recommendations and pitches.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end influencer campaigns and managing complex projects. (Commercially aware)
  • The ability to shape influencer strategy, with experience working beyond execution. (Strategic & commercially minded)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator behaviour and emerging trends. (Social native)
  • A strong cultural understanding, with the ability to spot relevant conversations, trends and opportunities for brands. (Culturally fluent)
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and build strong relationships with senior clients.
