Senior Influencer Marketing & Community Executive (Fashion)
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)
About the Company:
Four Seasons Recruitment are exclusively collaborating with a community-first, growing premium underwear and lifestyle brand.
About the Role:
Own and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on brand awareness, credibility, and conversion.
- Build and develop a tiered creator ecosystem across macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano influencers, with clear objectives, briefs, and KPIs for each.
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with the brand's values, aesthetic, and audience.
- Lead creator negotiations, contracts, gifting, and deliverables, ensuring every partnership is commercially considered and creatively strong.
- Manage and grow the affiliate program, driving consistent performance while tracking revenue, ROI, and creator output.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to integrate creators into paid activity, including UGC, whitelisting, and creative testing.

Identify and nurture brand advocates and superfans, turning organic brand love into meaningful advocacy and partnerships.
- Help define and maintain clear community and creator guidelines that reflect how the brand communicates and builds trust.
- Support influencer- and community-led activations, from events and collaborations to gifting moments and digital experiences.
- Partner with the Creative team to brief and commission creators across brand and campaign activity.

About You:
- 2+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing, within DTC, fashion, beauty, or wellness is essential.
- A proven track record of building and managing creator relationships that deliver measurable results.
- A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a clear understanding of performance, ROI, and how influencer marketing contributes to wider growth.
- Deep knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
