Senior Influencer Marketing & Community Executive (Fashion)

Location: London
Salary: £38,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Four Seasons Recruitment are exclusively collaborating with a community first, growing premium underwear and lifestyle brand.

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing & Community Executive to lead and scale the brands creator and influencer strategy. This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role, for someone who knows how to spot the right talent, build genuine partnerships and turn creator advocacy into measurable growth.

The role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth, working closely with the founders and Head of Creative to identify the voices that can tell their story authentically, and build an influencer ecosystem that drives both awareness and revenue.

About the Role:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on brand awareness, credibility and conversion.
  • Build and develop a tiered creator ecosystem across macro, mid-tier, micro and nano influencers, with clear objectives, briefs and KPIs for each.
  • Identify, approach and build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with the brands values, aesthetic and audience.
  • Lead creator negotiations, contracts, gifting and deliverables, ensuring every partnership is commercially considered and creatively strong.
  • Manage and grow the affiliate programme, driving consistent performance while tracking revenue, ROI and creator output.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing to integrate creators into paid activity, including UGC, whitelisting and creative testing.
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates and superfans, turning organic brand love into meaningful advocacy and partnerships.
  • Help define and maintain clear community and creator guidelines that reflect how the brand communicates and builds trust.
  • Support influencer- and community-led activations, from events and collaborations to gifting moments and digital experiences.
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief and commission creators across brand and campaign activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
