Company Description
About Influential
Influential is where culture and creativity collide. We’re a multi-disciplinary social and influencer powerhouse built to create what people actually watch, read and share. We craft content that cuts through the noise for global brands including LVMH, Mars, Nestlé, PepsiCo and Sky.
We are a rapidly growing team based at the iconic Television Centre in West London, part of Publicis Groupe, but with the agility of a boutique agency.
Overview
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead standout influencer campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised brands. At Influential UK, you’ll combine creative thinking, cultural insight and smart technology to produce creator-led work that delivers meaningful results. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from brief to reporting, bringing clients, creators and colleagues together around a clear vision. This is an opportunity to shape ambitious work within a specialist team, supported by the scale and capabilities of Publicis Groupe.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead influencer campaigns from initial brief through creator activation, content delivery, measurement and reporting.
- Build trusted client relationships, leading status meetings and providing clear, timely campaign updates.
- Create delivery plans, timelines and trackers that keep multiple workstreams focused and on schedule.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor costs and make informed decisions that support commercial objectives.
- Oversee creator outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding and content delivery in partnership with talent representatives.
- Use campaign performance, platform knowledge and cultural insight to identify risks, opportunities and ways to optimise the work.
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
