We are looking for a Senior Information Coordinator / Document Controller to join our team on a major construction project in Bedfordshire.
This is a key role within the project team, responsible for ensuring the effective management, control and governance of project information throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with design, construction, commercial and client teams, you will help ensure that project information is accurate, compliant, accessible and managed in accordance with project and business requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role on a high-profile project, supporting efficient project delivery through robust information management processes and digital collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and information management systems
- Administering the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensuring compliance with project protocols
- Controlling the receipt, distribution, revision and archiving of project documentation
- Supporting project teams in the management of design, construction and handover information
- Monitoring document control processes and ensuring adherence to information management standards
- Producing information management reports and tracking key project deliverables
- Coordinating document reviews, approvals and workflows across project stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of digital construction and information management best practice

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Information Coordinator, Senior Document Controller or Information Manager within construction or the built environment
- Experience working on medium to large construction projects
- Strong understanding of document control procedures and information management principles
- Experience working with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital collaboration platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple information streams and priorities within a fast-paced project environment
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
