Would you like to play a pivotal role on a major, high-profile construction project where your expertise will have a real impact on successful delivery?

We're looking for a Senior Information Coordinator / Document Controller to join our team on a significant project in Bedfordshire. Working at the heart of the project team, you'll help ensure information flows seamlessly across design, construction, commercial and client teams, supporting collaboration, compliance and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of project information management while helping to shape best practice in a digitally enabled and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring project information is controlled, accessible and managed effectively. From overseeing the Common Data Environment and maintaining document control standards, to coordinating reviews, approvals and workflows, your work will help keep the project moving forward with confidence.

You'll collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the management of design, construction and handover information, while helping to drive continuous improvement in information management and digital delivery processes.

What We're Looking For

Could this be the role for you?

We're keen to hear from individuals who have experience as a Senior Information Coordinator, Senior Document Controller or Information Manager within the construction or built environment sector.

You'll have a strong understanding of document control procedures and information management principles. Just as important is your ability to build positive relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and stay organised in a fast-paced project environment.
