As Information Security Manager, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of the organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS), drive security governance initiatives and oversee information risk management across the business.
You will work closely with technology, risk, compliance and operational teams to embed security into business processes, projects and third-party relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the ISO27001 framework and ISMS
- Drive Information Security Governance and Risk programmes
- Manage and mature enterprise information risk processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001, NIST, GDPR and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee supplier and third-party security risk assessments
- Lead security governance forums and reporting activities
- Produce security policies, standards and governance documentation
- Support project delivery teams to identify and mitigate security risks
- Promote security awareness and strengthen organisational security culture
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic security objectives

- Strong Information Security Governance expertise
- Hands-on ISO27001 implementation and maintenance experience
- Information Risk Management experience
- Third-party and supplier security assessment experience
- Strong understanding of GDPR, FCA, PRA and wider regulatory environments
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO27002 and PCI DSS frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting Agile and SDLC environments
