Senior IT Auditor | AI, Cyber & Cloud | Central London
My client, a listed technology group, is looking to appoint a Senior IT Auditor to join its established Internal Audit function of 17 professionals.
This is an opportunity to work across a broad and evolving technology landscape, with exposure to AI, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, acquisition integration and major transformation programmes. The role offers a mix of end-to-end audit delivery, stakeholder engagement and risk assessment within a business undergoing significant change.
The Role
- Lead and deliver end-to-end IT audits, from planning through to reporting and follow-up
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across technology and wider business functions
- Assess technology risks, evaluate control environments and recommend practical improvements
- Identify emerging risks and support the delivery of the 2026 risk-based audit plan

Key Audit Areas
- AI and emerging technologies
- Cybersecurity, GDPR and data protection
- Cloud infrastructure, networks and platforms
- Acquisition integration and programme assurance
- Platform development and technology transformation
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- Data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA)
Background Sought
- Experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk or Technology Controls
- Strong understanding of IT risk, control frameworks and audit delivery
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and communicating audit findings
- Qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ACA are advantageous
- Big Four or Top 10 training is beneficial but not essential

Package
- Salary: £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Location: Central London
- Working pattern: Three days in the office and two days working from home
