Senior IT Manager – B2C - Travel – UK, Hybrid (Regular Travel Required) – £80k + Excellent Benefits
Market-leading Travel Client now require an experienced Senior IT Manager to play a key role in an ambitious digital transformation journey, acting as a strategic technology partner to its B2C business.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior business and commercial stakeholders, shaping technology strategy and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational performance, and business growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant technology portfolio, typically in the region of £2–4m annually, defining priorities, shaping technology roadmaps, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value. You will act as the key interface between the business and wider Digital & IT organisation, working across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent English and French is essential
- Strong IT leadership, IT business partnering, digital transformation, or programme management experience
- Proven experience managing complex technology portfolios, ideally in the £2–4+m range
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a proactive approach to identifying technology opportunities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management
- B2C, retail, airline, travel, e-commerce, or other customer-centric industry experience highly desirable
- Experience managing both bespoke software development and off-the-shelf technology implementations
- Strong project, portfolio, budget, and supplier management experience
- Experience working within complex matrix organisations and leading through influence
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation
- Technically credible with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and external integrators
- Full driving licence

Location: Remote (UK), with weekly travel 1 day per week to Folkestone, and 1 day per week to France - Travel to Europe will be expensed.
Salary: £80k base + benefits
