We're with a globally recognised, high-growth consumer brand looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of its UK technology function.
You’ll manage a team of four and act as the link between the UK business and the wider European and global IT teams.
The role
- Lead and develop a team of 4 IT professionals
- Own the relationship between IT and the UK business, translating business requirements into technology solutions
- Manage IT services, projects, suppliers and the UK IT budget
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service delivery and end-user support
- Drive improvements across IT services, performance and user experience
- Manage IT procurement and external technology partners
- Ensure IT security, compliance and governance requirements are met
- Work closely with European and global IT teams on wider initiatives

What we’re looking for

- Experience in an IT Manager or similar IT leadership role
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, including experience working with senior business leaders
- Experience managing and developing IT teams
- Strong practical ITIL and service management knowledge
- Project management experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft, Office 365, end-user computing, networking and security
- Experience managing suppliers and external IT partners
- A hands-on, structured and commercially minded approach
