Senior IT Manager - Hampshire
£65-80k+ benefits + hybrid working
The Senior IT Manager opportunity to provide IT strategy and leadership of daily IT operations for a growing business. The company have grown in recent years via M&A and have range of IT projects planned to help facilitate future growth.
This will be the first dedicated internal IT hire for the business, so external vendor management will be a key focus initially with scope to bring some services inhouse.
The company offices are on the south coast, commutable from Southampton and Portsmouth areas with flexible hybrid working options.

Core responsibilities
- Plan and deliver an effective IT strategy, reporting to the senior management team
- Oversee all areas of IT – Software, Hardware, Cloud, Data, and infrastructure
- Effectively manage the current SAP ERP
- Oversee and improve the current data security and data management processes
- Manage external vendors and the current MSP
Essential experience:

- Currently in a senior IT management role with experience planning and delivering IT strategy
- Managed multi-site system upgrades and ERP implementations – SAP and Microsoft preferred
- A strong Data background is desirable, ideally will have implemented Data Strategy in the past
- Previous hands-on IT/engineering background
- Excellent communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders
All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to their office
