π Senior IT Project Manager β Logistics & ERP Data Integration (Contract)
- Location: Remote / UK (Occasional European Travel required βοΈ)
- π΅ Day Rate: ~Β£600 / day (Outside IR35)
- β³ Initial Term: 6 Months (Renewable)
- β° Work Pattern: 5 days/week total β 50/50 split between Customer Sustainability and Supply Chain Data Management οΈ
Are you an experienced, tenacious IT Project Manager with a proven track record of extracting plant-level legacy ERP data, managing transport telemetry, and driving vendor SOW execution? ππ»
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Phase II of a high-visibility Supply Chain & Operations programβentering its pilot phase now, ahead of a full European rollout planned for February! π
π― Key Responsibilities
- π Dual-Stream Execution: Manage a 50/50 split across Customer Sustainability initiatives and Supply Chain Data Management.
- π Multi-Site Rollouts: Drive transport execution data collection across European manufacturing boxplants through pilot testing and February rollout.
- π Architect Data Integrations: Oversee legacy data extraction connecting plant-level ERPs (CBS & Kiwi ERPs) into a central AWS platform.
- π Vendor & SOW Governance: Take firm control of 3rd-party vendors, SOW deliverables, and multi-million Euro project budgets.
- π€ Stakeholder Navigation: Build alignment across complex internal environments involving regional logistics, plant ops, central IT, and business leads.

- π Transport & Data Focus: Direct experience in logistics tracking, transport execution, or telemetry data projects (Note: We need data/logistics PMs, not generic ERP upgrade PMs).
- π― Tenacity & Attention to Detail: Proven resilience when managing complex stakeholder structures and strict vendor SOW compliance.
- π Manufacturing & Packaging background: 5+ years leading IT delivery within manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or heavy industry.
- π§© ERP Flexibility: Experience with Kiwiplan / Kiwi ERP or CBS is a major plus. Direct experience extracting plant-level legacy/niche ERP data into cloud data lakes is essential.
- βοΈ Cloud Savvy: Solid understanding of AWS cloud environments and data pipeline workflows.
- π Certified Leader: Formal accreditation in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent across Waterfall & Agile frameworks.
