Senior Project Manager – Technology Transformation
Location: Central London – one day per week onsite
Package: Excellent benefits, including 30 days’ holiday plus public holidays, a strong pension scheme and an excellent work-life balance
Salary: £60,000- £80,000
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology transformation projects across cloud, infrastructure, enterprise platforms and data. You will take projects from an initial opportunity or problem statement through scoping, budgeting, planning and successful enterprise-wide implementation. Acting as the central coordination point, you will align technical teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes against agreed objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex cloud, infrastructure, enterprise platform and data initiatives from planning through to implementation
- Turn business opportunities and problem statements into clearly scoped and deliverable projects.
- Create project budgets, delivery plans, resource forecasts and governance structures.
- Coordinate teams across Architecture, Information Security, QA, Infrastructure, Data and other technical functions.
- Manage external suppliers and ensure delivery against agreed commercial and project commitments.
- Maintain clear project plans, RAID controls, budgets, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Proactively resolve delivery risks, issues and cross-project dependencies.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, resilient and suitable for enterprise-scale rollout.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Maintain alignment between technical delivery, stakeholder expectations and wider business objectives

Experience required
- Strong experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology projects.
- Proven delivery experience across cloud, infrastructure, enterprise platforms or data.
- Experience taking projects from initial concept and scoping through to successful implementation.
- Strong project budgeting, forecasting and resource planning capability.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, senior business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Strong governance, RAID management and executive reporting experience.
- Delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and complex dependencies.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Desirable
- Experience delivering projects involving AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- ERP implementation or transformation experience
- Experience working within a large, complex or regulated organisation
