Senior / Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant
Leeds City Centre - Hybrid
£40,000-£50,000 basic + 10-30% commission from pound one + profit-based bonus
You've spent years building relationships with technology leaders. But when their problem is bigger than making another hire, how much can you actually do with it?
A founder-led technology recruitment and consultancy business has grown to £5m+ revenue since launching in 2022.
They want an experienced consultant to build a desk with a wider offer behind them: perm, contract, technology consultancy and project solutions, leadership and coaching.
That matters when a CTO doesn't need another developer, they need a delivery team or support with a wider technology project.

What matters more than your exact specialism is evidence that you've won clients and grown accounts yourself rather than simply working vacancies somebody else handed you.
