This company is a growing company looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join its close-knit team. The role is hands-on, covering 2nd/3rd line IT support, infrastructure, networking and technical projects, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for leading and supporting the wider IT team. The successful candidate will work across internal and customer environments, with regular site visits and involvement in technical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd/3rd line technical support across systems, infrastructure, hardware and networking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across a range of environments.
- Configure, deploy and maintain IT hardware and devices.
- Take ownership of technical projects, coordinating internal teams, customers and third parties through to completion.
- Support the delivery and commissioning of AV and technology solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support and act as a senior point of contact for customers.
- Mentor and support the wider IT team, helping drive technical standards and best practice.
- Manage documentation, project updates and technical handovers.

Key Skills
- Strong experience in a Senior IT Engineer / Senior IT Support position.
- Excellent 2nd/3rd line troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and M365.
- Solid networking knowledge including switches, VLANs, wireless and connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with hardware build, deployment and troubleshooting.
