You will resolve complex issues, advise senior stakeholders and deliver improvement projects for a portfolio of London-based advertising, marketing and media businesses.

This role combines hands-on support with proactive technical management.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Resolve technical issues across Apple, Microsoft and Google environments, coordinating specialist input where required.
- Deliver scheduled on-site support, including full-day client cover, alongside remote helpdesk support.
- Manage incidents through to resolution within agreed service levels, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Review client environments, identify technology gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Plan and deliver technical projects from initial scope through to implementation.
- Lead the technical elements of client onboarding, offboarding and infrastructure reviews.
- Maintain accurate ticket, time and technical records.
- Identify technologies and service improvements that strengthen client environments and support account growth.
