About the Company
We are expanding our infrastructure capability and are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Consultant to join our team on a contract basis.
About the Role
This role will focus on supporting and evolving a large-scale enterprise infrastructure estate, working across compute, storage, virtualisation and automation technologies within a high-performance environment.
Inside IR35
£62 per hour + DOE
3 days per week onsite in London
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Supporting infrastructure lifecycle management, upgrades and technology refresh activities
- Driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues
- Working closely with engineering, operations and architecture teams
- Contributing to infrastructure standards, governance and best practices
- Supporting resilient, highly available business-critical services

Qualifications
- Enterprise server and infrastructure administration
- Storage and virtualisation technologies
- Linux and/or Windows Server environments
- VMware and related virtualisation platforms
- Infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning and optimisation
- Automation using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible or Terraform
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
- Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments

- Enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Large-scale infrastructure migration programmes
- Experience working within regulated or mission-critical environments
