π Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Contract) β M365 Tenant Migration | 3β4 Months
π London β Hybrid (onsite Tue, Wed, Thu | 09:30β17:30)
Ever merged two Microsoft 365 tenants and lived to tell the tale? We need you.
We're integrating a newly acquired business and need a senior infrastructure engineer who can pick up the project mid-flight and drive it to completion. This isn't a "learn as you go" role β you'll own the migration.
π§ What you'll be doing
- Migrating SharePoint sites and Power BI workspaces into our primary tenant
- Consolidating UK mailboxes (AvePoint Fly experience a plus) and cleaning up SMTP aliases
- Picking up an in-flight identity consolidation workstream and taking it to completion
- Finding apps running outside SSO and bringing them into Entra ID
- Auditing the legacy tenant to determine what stays, what goes, and what migrates

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
