Hiring: Senior Infrastructure Engineer | AI & Data | 2 x London | £100,000 - £110,000

I'm working with a high growth and genuinely innovative AI technology business that is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing engineering team.

This is a company where engineering isn't a support function. Technology is the product. They are building an AI powered platform that processes huge volumes of commercial, corporate and open source data, turning complex information into intelligence for organisations operating across areas such as financial services, legal, risk and enterprise.

They've built a seriously impressive product and are scaling internationally.

Responsibilities

As a Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the infrastructure and platform capabilities that underpin a sophisticated, AI first product. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure and automation rather than sitting purely within a traditional DevOps function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
