🧩 What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a great fit for us if you have:

• Extensive experience across cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, servers, and telephony
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability, especially with complex, multi-system issues
• Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, with Google Cloud Platform experience beneficial
• Strong understanding of physical and virtual networking, routing, hosted cloud environments, monitoring, alerting, traffic analysis, load balancing, backup, and recovery
• Demonstrated experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or PowerShell
• Strong Linux experience, and advanced competency with Terminal/Command Line interfaces
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support engineers across different technical levels
• Confidence working with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Product, Workplace Experience, and external providers
• A clear, thoughtful approach to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• An adaptable working style, with the openness to travel occasionally across UK and wider EMEA offices
• English language skills; additional languages would be beneficial

Helpful additional experience may include:

• ITIL qualifications
• Cisco qualifications
• ISO certification experience
• Advanced Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform certifications
• Audit, governance, or compliance documentation experience

📍 Our Hybrid UK Offices

This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week on site. Farnborough is the primary location, and we are open to Bristol for the right person.
