You could be joining a growing technology team as they transition towards a more cloud-first, globally aligned infrastructure estate, while continuing to support a complex hybrid environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll provide 3rd line technical expertise across Azure, on-premise infrastructure, networking and firewalls, taking ownership of complex incidents, infrastructure changes and transformation initiatives. What You'll Do

  • Provide senior 3rd line support across Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking and firewalls
  • Design, implement and support network and cloud infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, resilient and scalable
  • Lead and deliver infrastructure transformation and change projects as the business moves towards a cloud-first model

  • Manage infrastructure changes within a structured ITIL/service management environment
  • Reduce legacy and on-premise dependencies in line with the wider Technology roadmap
  • Improve automation and scripting to make infrastructure deployments and configuration repeatable, auditable and efficient
  • Work closely with technology leadership, security, service desk and external vendors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
