Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Relocate to the Cayman Islands

Our client is an established technology services provider in Grand Cayman with an experienced international team, including several colleagues who have relocated from the UK.
They’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a broad background across HPE server infrastructure, Microsoft cloud and virtualization. It’s a varied, hands-on role spanning client projects and implementations, technical consulting, escalated support and mentoring less experienced engineers.

We’re looking for:
- Hands-on server infrastructure experience (preferably HPE)
- Experience with VMware, Nutanix, HPE VME or other hypervisor technologies
- Microsoft 365 experience, ideally together with Azure
- At least one relevant Microsoft certification
- HPE ATP certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Experience within an MSP or IT consulting environment
- Strong client-facing and troubleshooting skills
What’s offered:
- Overall earnings potential of approximately £60,000–£75,000+ at current exchange rates, with no income tax deductions, consisting of base salary, vehicle and fuel allowances, and on-call and overtime earnings.
- The package also includes employer-sponsored health insurance, pension, relocation assistance and work permit sponsorship.
