About The Role

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team based from Abbey Wood, Bristol. This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern, offering a 4-day working week Monday - Thursday and hybrid working, with typically 2 days a week onsite and 2 days working from home (subject to business needs)

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and high-availability management of our core physical infrastructure. Your primary focus will be the architecture and stability of our Cisco-centric networking environment, specifically supporting our local data centers and distributed office sites. You will ensure that the foundational connectivity linking our data center resources to our various office locations—is high-performing, secure, and resilient. You will act as the subject matter expert for all networking components, managing the full lifecycle of hardware from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning. You will work closely with the systems and security teams to ensure a hardened, reliable, and scalable physical infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
