Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Cayman Islands

Considering a career and lifestyle change? We’ve been helping professionals make the move to the Cayman Islands for more than 20 years. We’re currently recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a well-established local IT services provider and MSP.
The Opportunity
This is a broad, hands-on role combining Microsoft cloud technologies with HPE server infrastructure and virtualization. You’ll work across client projects and implementations, escalated support and technical consulting, while also providing guidance to less experienced engineers.
Based in George Town, you’ll work onsite and at client locations alongside an experienced team in a collaborative, customer-focused MSP environment.

We’re looking for as much as the following:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure, across cloud and on-prem environments
- Experience with server and storage infrastructure, preferably HPE
- Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Nutanix, or HPE VME
- At least one relevant Microsoft certification
- HPE ATP certification, or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe
- 3+ years of experience within an MSP or IT consulting environment
- Experience with solution design, pre-sales consulting, and project implementation
- Strong troubleshooting, client-facing, and communication skills
