Senior Infrastructure Engineer
George Town, Cayman Islands
An established and highly regarded technology services provider in the Cayman Islands is seeking a seasoned professional to join its growing team, supporting many of the Cayman Islands’ leading organizations.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise on-premises server infrastructure, and virtualization technologies including HPE Morpheus VM Essentials (VME), VMware, and Nutanix.
The role combines cloud and physical server infrastructure with solution design and pre-sales, project management and implementation, escalated support, and technical consulting for a diverse client base.
Based in George Town, you’ll work onsite and at client locations alongside a skilled international team from the Cayman Islands, the UK, Canada, and elsewhere, in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

We Are Looking For
- Proven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
- Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise on-prem server infrastructure (ideally HPE), and virtualization technologies. This opportunity may be particularly well suited to candidates who have developed broad infrastructure expertise over time, combining experience with legacy server infrastructure and modern cloud platforms.
- Experience managing the full client project lifecycle, from technical discovery through implementation and delivery.
- Ability to provide trusted technical guidance and mentor less experienced engineers.

- HPE ATP certification
- Microsoft certification(s) such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Additional relevant industry certifications would be an added advantage
