Role Overview

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager based in London, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of technology application projects focused on the international region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining project scopes across integration workstreams, maintaining robust governance processes, coordinating migration activities, and ensuring the decommissioning of outdated tools.

What You Bring

To excel as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager in this organisation's London office, you will bring substantial experience from various IT roles—particularly those involving large-scale infrastructure and application integration. You should possess deep familiarity with structured development methodologies like Waterfall & Agile as well as technical expertise spanning application architectures, server technologies, databases, Citrix platforms, infrastructure management, SDLC processes, end-user platforms, and IT Operations. Experience working collaboratively with vendors or outsourcers in matrixed environments is crucial for facilitating seamless business application delivery. A thorough understanding of software system development—including inter-system integration dependencies—is necessary for navigating operational complexities. Agile training will support your adaptability when applying different methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools will enhance your efficiency across daily tasks. Industry-specific knowledge within Financial Services—and ideally Insurance Broking—will further distinguish you as an ideal candidate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
