Infrastructure Technical Delivery Lead
Contract | OUTSIDE IR35 | UK | Food and Beverage Manufacturing / FMCG
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Infrastructure Technical Delivery Lead to join a major global organisation and lead infrastructure delivery across a large manufacturing estate.
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and delivery leadership. They are looking for someone who understands the technology, can challenge technical plans and can take ownership of getting complex infrastructure projects delivered.
What you'll be doing
- Leading infrastructure delivery across multiple sites and workstreams.
- Coordinating technical teams, suppliers and site stakeholders.
- Managing delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Reviewing technical designs and implementation plans.
- Supporting site surveys, deployments, testing, cutover and handover.
- Working closely with manufacturing sites to manage operational constraints and change windows.
- Managing suppliers and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Providing clear updates to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for
- Strong infrastructure delivery experience in FMCG / Food and Beverage Manufacturing
- Technical understanding across networks, servers, cloud, hosting, connectivity, identity and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience working within food or beverage manufacturing, FMCG, engineering or other complex site-based environments.
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience taking infrastructure projects through implementation and operational handover.
- Someone who is comfortable getting into the technical detail rather than simply managing a project plan.
- Ideal to have experience with Smart Manufacturing
