Innovation and Digitalisation Delivery Manager

We're looking for an Innovation and Digitalisation Delivery Manager who's ready to drive real change in our ground operations. If you're passionate about AI, eager to grow your career at TUI and want to work on projects that genuinely make a difference, this could be your perfect next move.

You'll report to the Director Ground Operations and there may be some international travel involved.

About The Job

In this role, you’ll help shape how we work smarter, faster, and more effectively through digitalization and innovation.

  • You identify opportunities to improve processes and technology, always grounded in real business needs and strategy.
  • You’ll work on a wide variety of projects across Ground Operations and beyond, shaping new airport processes, driving data-led improvements, and developing innovative products.
  • You collaborate closely with colleagues across teams to strengthen traceability, monitoring, and performance insights.
  • By partnering with platform services and business units, you turn TUI Ground Operations digital capabilities into clear, value-driven solutions.
  • We need you to monitor and improve how we execute digitalisation programmes, integrating cutting-edge digital technologies into our department.
  • You design and implement policies and processes that ensure strong end-to-end control and support business performance.
  • You take ownership of monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and delivery the projects ensuring everything runs efficiently and remains compliant.
  • You'll provide leadership whilst directing different cross-functional digitalisation programmes and projects of various sizes and types.

About You

  • You understand the fundamentals of business operations and are eager to strengthen them through digitalization and innovation, playing an active role in implementing new processes and driving forward innovative projects.
  • Working independently to identify and solve project-related problems comes naturally to you.
  • Your communication skills are strong and you're able to take complex technical issues and convey them clearly to various audiences in multiple formats.
  • Strong facilitation, consultation, and convening skills are part of your toolkit.
  • Good interpersonal skills help you build trust and productive relationships across teams.
  • You're well-organised, with excellent process management skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities.
  • Self-motivation drives you, and you're comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant subject and experience working in a high-demanding, volatile operational environment will set you up for success.
  • The role requires strong business English, both spoken and written.
