Move Forward: The Opportunity

  • This is an opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the Bulldog and Cremo innovation pipeline, translating consumer, category, and market opportunities into differentiated, commercially viable products. Combining innovation leadership, technical product guardianship, and disciplined cross-functional delivery, you will shape ideas into clear projects and lead them from brief through to launch. You will play a hands-on role in a strategically important grooming category, helping the business make better, faster innovation and technical choices with focus, pace, and commercial rigor.

  • Shape a focused, prioritized multi-year innovation pipeline aligned with consumer needs, brand strategy, and growth priorities.

  • Turn insights into differentiated propositions, clear innovation briefs, and commercially viable business cases with defined assumptions and success measures.

  • Lead formulation and ingredient strategy, manage third-party manufacturers, and establish appropriate product and claims-testing protocols.

  • Lead approved projects through launch, coordinating Brand, Insights, Portfolio, Regulatory, Legal, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

  • Own timelines, milestones, development costs, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues promptly and ensuring technical, quality, legal, and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Partner with brand and market teams on launch readiness, product storytelling, and technical training.

  • Use post-launch learning to strengthen future choices and improve the innovation pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
