Your New Company
Working for a large housing provider that owns and manages homes and various community assets, serving customers across the South of England.
Offering agile working - you'll work from one of our offices in Yeovil, Eastleigh or Bracknell for three days each week, with the remaining two days worked from a location of your choice.
Your new role
You'll lead and support a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs are delivered in a way that is clear, engaging and actionable.
Be responsible for the delivery of trusted insight that enables strategic and operational decision-making. This will include delivery and analysis of intelligence reporting and business insight projects. It also includes undertaking customer segmentation and proactively analysing large data sets to provide actionable insights into our business and into current and future customers.

This role focusses on data analysis, reporting insight and stakeholder engagement. It is not a technical development, data engineering or dashboard-building role.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Significant experience working in insight, data analytics, research, visualisation, business intelligence or analysis consulting.
- Experience in people and/or project management which delivers high-quality insight.
- Demonstrable experience in customer segmentation/analysis and ability to show how this has influenced business decision-making and services.
- Excellent experience in applying a range of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and analysis skills.
- Experience in manipulating large data sets. Experience of SQL, SSIR, SSRS and data science skills advantageous.
- Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders and delivering effectively to all stakeholders at any level of an organisation.
