Role Overview
This role follows a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days in our Old Street office (Tuesday to Thursday).
We are looking for a passionate analyst who can turn data into actionable insights. Working within the broader Live Ops and Monetisation teams, the successful candidate will work across multiple areas of the business covering gamification, content, promotions, and retention, helping to understand player behavior and drive significant value throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience
- Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insight and an understanding of how those recommendations impact players
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems to drive the best impact
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Helping to monitor business-critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Create new ways to measure value, constantly enhancing the way we use data to drive our strategy
- Work with the wider BI and data teams to ensure we have all relevant data and dashboards available to constantly improve the level of insight provided
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and applying them to improve our analytics capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements:
- Previous iGaming/online casino experience
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficient with Excel with Tableau experience also preferable
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of online casino economics
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
