Your new role

Do you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insight that drives action? Are you passionate about helping organisations make better decisions through evidence, analysis and collaboration? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

At Abri, we're looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to play a key role in shaping both operational and strategic decision making across the business. Your work will make sense of data, provide insight, identify opportunities for improvement and ultimately improve outcomes for our customers and communities.

You'll lead and support a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs are delivered in a way that is clear, engaging and actionable. You'll be just as comfortable working with stakeholders as you are working with data, building strong relationships across the organisation and championing the value that insight brings.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical expertise, advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets. Experience of GIS mapping and Power Query would be advantageous. You'll combine technical capability with curiosity, critical thinking and a genuine passion for evidence-based decision making.

You'll join our multidisciplinary Insight Team, which brings together analytics, customer feedback, forecasting, performance management and research. This breadth creates a unique opportunity to generate insight that influences decisions across the organisation, from day-to-day operational improvements to long-term strategic planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
