About the role
We are looking for a Senior Insight Executive to join our Morrisons Media Group (MMG) Team.
- Turn customer and campaign data into actionable insights that shape brand strategy and marketing investment.
- Help leading brands make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions using Morrisons customer insights.
- Become the subject matter expert for MoreViu, Morrisons' customer insight platform, driving its adoption across the business.
- Deliver insight-led recommendations that identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Support strategic planning by uncovering customer trends, behaviours, and opportunities.
- Showcase the value of Morrisons Media Group through impactful analysis and compelling client insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and brands to influence planning with customer and campaign data.
- Drive innovation by expanding MMG's insight capabilities and embedding data into decision-making.

What you'll do
- Use consumer, sales, and campaign data to generate actionable insight that informs media planning, demonstrates campaign effectiveness, and identifies future opportunities for brand growth.
- Partner with colleagues across Connected Media and Client Services to provide insight that supports commercial conversations, audience planning, and the development of retail media propositions.
- Lead the development and adoption of MMG's MoreViu platform, embedding it within the business and enabling colleagues to make the most of its customer and audience insight capabilities.
- Transform complex data into compelling stories and presentations that communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement across MMG Insights by refining analytical approaches, sharing best practice, and helping evolve the tools, processes, and methodologies that support the team's delivery.
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Strong understanding of how retailers, brands, or category teams use customer insight to make commercial decisions.
- Strong analytical capability with experience working across multiple customer or retail datasets.
- Ability to transform analysis into compelling commercial narratives.
- Experience producing presentation decks rather than simply reports.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple requests.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Naturally curious with a problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Desirable
- Experience using audience planning or customer insight platforms (MoreViu, Kantar, Circana, Dunnhumby, Nectar360, etc.).
- Understanding of retail media.
- Experience with campaign measurement.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and audience planning.
- SQL or other data querying experience.
