We’re hiring a Senior Insights Manager as part of our team based from our London office.
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Insight Manager 4-month FTC role sits within the Dentsu Media research & Insight Team. In this role, you will work closely with the Global strategy teams across Carat, iProspect and Dentsu X in supporting the overall client teams and new business with the creation of insight, intelligence, and research solutions.
We work in a fast-paced environment, and you will be supporting the delivery of major insight projects for our largest global clients. You need to be agile and be able to prioritize your work and deliver best-in-class analysis, insights, and reporting.
We are looking for someone who can be analytical, who can think outside the box from planning and delivering research projects to meet the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
- With a focus on research, insight, evaluation, and performance, you will be proactive in managing and developing our clients.
- Supporting the delivery of large-scale Global Insights projects.
- Support Dentsu media people in the markets with relevant knowledge about, and application of Global Research projects and tools.
- An understanding of digital and social metrics in addition to research data and methodologies.
- Confident in maintaining and developing relationships and process initiatives for effective integration across the business.
Key Skills
- Ability to design solutions and be creative with a variety of different data sets including data generated from ad tech platforms.
- Proven history in media, communications, and generating consumer insights.
- A good understanding of the wider aspects of commercial marketing and business.
- Ability to generate professional client relationships and gain trust at the highest level.
- High-quality presentation skills and strategic selling skills.
- Good project management skills and ability.

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
