We’re hiring a Senior Institutional Sales professional in London
We’re hiring a Senior Institutional Sales professional in London for a well-established and highly regarded Digital Asset firm, as they go to market with a next-generation blockchain infrastructure platform built specifically for the needs of global banks and regulated financial institutions.
The company has spent years building production blockchain infrastructure and is now expanding its institutional commercial presence across the UK and European financial markets, targeting banks, market infrastructure providers and other regulated institutions.
This is a genuine new-business role, with the opportunity to take ownership of existing major institutional opportunities while building and originating new relationships across the UK and Europe.
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong network across European banking and financial markets, can open Tier 1 institutions and personally drive complex enterprise deals from first meeting through technical evaluation, security, compliance, legal, procurement and close.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The technology is already being evaluated across major financial institutions and financial market infrastructure, with active work around private settlement, collateral mobility, repo and interoperability.
We’re particularly interested in proven enterprise sellers from digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, capital markets technology or institutional fintech who have an established European institutional network and understand how to sell SaaS-focused, technically complex products into regulated organisations.
If you’ve built your own institutional pipeline, closed meaningful enterprise deals with major financial institutions and have the network to accelerate growth across the UK and Europe, get in touch.
