Senior Insurance Broker / Producer – Portable Book of Business
📍 London / UK
🏢 Leading Global Insurance Broker
I’m currently working on a highly interesting opportunity with a leading global insurance broker for an established Senior Broker / Producer with a proven portfolio of clients and revenue. This is not a traditional Business Development role.
The focus is on finding an experienced insurance professional who has built strong client relationships, developed their own book of business and is now open to taking that portfolio into a new environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a global broking platform with the scale, market access and resources to support further growth, while bringing your existing relationships and expertise to the business.
The role will suit someone who has built a successful career in insurance broking and has a demonstrable track record of originating and retaining business.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
