The Impact You Will Make
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a senior marketing leader responsible for advancing Risepoint’s growth across the UK and EMEA region by executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen partner brands, support new partnership launches, and accelerate student and employer engagement.
This role leads complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple university partners, balancing both B2B and B2C integrated marketing plans to increase market visibility, generate demand, and support long-term partner growth. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes while improving scalable marketing approaches that improve efficiency, storytelling, and operational effectiveness.
As a senior leader within the regional marketing team, this role is expected to execute the UK’s integrated marketing priorities, proactively solve challenges, and foster a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture aligned with Risepoint’s mission and business goals.
How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
What You Will Do
- Lead execution of integrated marketing plans for multiple UK and EMEA university partners, aligning marketing investments, campaigns, and growth initiatives to regional business priorities, partner objectives, and market opportunities.
- Drive both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, across paid and organic channels, including employer outreach, brand awareness, lead generation, and full-funnel conversion initiatives, owning related budgets and investment decisions.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and delivery for new university partner and program launches, ensuring coordinated execution across cross-functional teams, timelines, messaging, and go-to-market activities.
- Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks that clearly communicate partner value propositions and strengthen brand presence across the region.
- Analyze campaign, conversion, and market performance data to generate insights and translate into marketing effectiveness optimizations, and operational improvements that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Influence cross-functional decision making across Marketing, Business Development, Academic Services, Creative, and Partner teams to align regional growth priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and deliver consistent, high-quality partner experiences.
- Lead, develop, and coach team members while fostering accountability, critical thinking, proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and scalable marketing processes to improve team efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and operational execution.
- Influence senior stakeholders and university partners through clear communication, proactive recommendations, and data-informed decision making.

- Stakeholder and partner feedback related to communication, collaboration, marketing support, and overall partnership effectiveness.
- Adoption and implementation of scalable processes, automation, or AI-enabled efficiencies that improve team productivity and execution.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Experience That Matters Most
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, brand strategy, or related marketing leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders, partners, or business units.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong influential communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members and fostering high-performing team environments.
Experience That’s Great to Have
- Experience working within higher education, education technology, agency, or partnership-driven business environments.
- Experience supporting international or regional marketing initiatives across the UK and/or EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Experience supporting go-to-market planning and launch approaches for new products, services, or partnerships.
