Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
As Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will bring multiple marketing functions together into one coordinated, high-performing execution engine.
You will own the master marketing calendar, campaign briefs, publishing standards, launch coordination, and post-launch performance reviews.
Working across organic, lifecycle, creators, PR, community, and eventually paid channels, you will turn existing go-to-market plans into measurable outcomes.
You will lead three specialists while also remaining highly hands-on, personally building and shipping marketing initiatives rather than delegating execution entirely.
A major focus will be establishing scalable processes, bringing external marketing activities in-house, and maintaining a consistently high quality bar.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Business Development, and Partnerships to coordinate launches and activate commercial opportunities.
This is an ownership-heavy role for a pragmatic marketing leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by measurable growth.
Accountabilities
- Own and maintain a consolidated marketing calendar covering campaigns, channels, launches, owners, draft deadlines, go-live dates, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Establish clear accountability for marketing deliverables, ensuring committed dates are treated as firm commitments and results are reviewed within defined timeframes.
- Lead the creator and influencer program, including sourcing, briefing, reviewing, negotiating rates, managing tracked links and usage rights, and maintaining approval and review processes.
- Bring the external agency’s creator and influencer activities in-house, taking ownership of relationships and ensuring consistent execution standards.
- Own the marketing publish gate by implementing a streamlined pre-publish quality assurance process covering messaging, assets, presentation, and visible customer-facing details.
- Oversee day-to-day lifecycle, organic, and PR marketing activities, including developing an email program for a large existing customer base, organic social, PR initiatives, competitions, and marketing pages.
- Gradually incorporate paid marketing as budget and attribution capabilities develop, with an initial focus on high-leverage organic, lifecycle, and creator channels.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with Product and Design, including launch briefs, campaign communications, and cross-functional execution.
- Partner with Business Development and Partnerships on co-marketing initiatives and activate marketing opportunities generated through commercial relationships.
- Lead and develop three marketing specialists across performance and organic marketing, content and brand, and community.
- Establish clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day objectives, written KPIs, and regular one-on-one meetings to support team performance and accountability.
- Build the foundations for measurable funnel ownership, ultimately taking responsibility for new paying customers per week across key markets.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by personally creating, executing, and shipping marketing work while providing direction and quality control across the wider team.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, execution speed, quality, attribution, and cross-functional coordination.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering multi-channel marketing programs, with experience managing at least one direct report or holding external vendors accountable for delivery.
- Proven experience personally owning a multi-channel marketing calendar spanning at least three areas such as email/CRM, organic social, community, influencer/creator marketing, PR, or paid marketing.
- Demonstrated ownership of marketing execution end to end, including dates, named owners, delivery standards, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Recent hands-on experience personally building and shipping marketing work rather than only reviewing, approving, or delegating execution.
- Strong ability to manage external creators, agencies, copywriters, or other partners, including setting quality expectations, providing direct feedback, and securing improved deliverables.
- Experience marketing to traders, investors, or other technically sophisticated, data-driven audiences, such as users in trading, brokerage, exchanges, market data, real-money gaming, or technical prosumer products.
- Native or near-native written and spoken English, with strong ability to write clear briefs, feedback, revision notes, and marketing communications.
- Based in the UK or Europe and able to maintain effective working-hour overlap with India.
- Experience owning a conversion or revenue-related metric, such as signup-to-paid conversion, new paying customers, funded accounts, or first-time deposits, is a strong advantage.
- Experience building a lifecycle or CRM program from the ground up is desirable.
- Experience operating effectively with limited paid media budgets and generating meaningful results through organic, lifecycle, creator, or community channels is an advantage.
- Experience bringing an agency or fractional marketing function in-house and establishing sustainable internal processes is a plus.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or investing is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards and firm deadlines.
- Highly accountable, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge low-quality work and drive improvements.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- This is not a brand or design-focused position, and it does not require a creative portfolio. It is also not primarily a marketing-automation or attribution role; the focus is on integrated execution and ensuring work ships to a high standard.
