Senior Integrated Marketing Manager - REP Fitness UK & Europe (Gloucester HQ)
REP designs world-class, innovative gym equipment sold around the world and we're now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. Founded in 2012 by two brothers with a shared passion for fitness, REP grew from selling bumper plates out of a garage to 300,000+ sq ft of office and distribution space across the US and internationally, with a team of 200+ fitness enthusiasts working toward one vision: to be the #1 Strength Brand in the World. We've been named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies (2018, 2021) and voted Best Home Strength Product Launch (2022, Garage Gym Experiment).
Now we're building the UK & Europe business off the back of that success and we need a hands-on marketing lead to drive it.
The opportunity
In the US, brand awareness sits around 18% among our target audience. In the UK, it's close to zero. We're targeting 3-4x revenue growth over the next two years, and this role is central to that plan. This isn't a "head of brand" role sitting above a big team. It's a startup-style builder role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll create the plan, build the processes, and execute the work with a small, talented team around you: a Content Creator and an Engagement/Community Marketer will report to you. You'll report directly to the MD, UK & Europe, with a clear path to the Senior Leadership Team within 18-24 months.
What you'll own
- Build and run the UK integrated marketing plan - campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, content, social, email, events, trade shows and partnerships.
- Translate REP's global brand strategy into what actually works for the UK/EU market.
- Build the campaign calendar, launch playbooks, and the simple processes and templates this function doesn't have yet.
- Coach and direct a small content and community team, and work closely with E-commerce, Sales and Retail so marketing activity drives real traffic and conversion.

What you bring
- Solid experience in integrated marketing for a consumer/D2C, ideally e-commerce-led brand - someone who's helped grow a brand from an earlier stage, not just run an established machine.
- Comfortable across campaign planning, content/social/email, events and trade shows, and reading (if not building) performance dashboards.
- A builder and doer: resourceful, energised by ambiguity, and skilled at turning "we should do X" into a concrete, owned plan.
- A natural player-coach. Low-ego, high-energy, and a confident communicator who can hold their own with senior US stakeholders.
Practicalities
- Based at our Gloucester HQ, 4-5 days/week (Bristol is about the outer limit for a sustainable commute). The address is Indurent Park, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 3EZ.
