Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The EMEA Integrated Ads Marketing team connects Google and YouTube’s advertising solutions with the region's largest brands and agencies. We exist to drive commercial growth and shift market perception through business-to-business (B2B) marketing. From launching pan-regional digital campaigns to hosting major industry events, our team blends creative bravery with data-driven insights to build lasting customer partnerships. We pride ourselves on an open, agile culture where we leverage the latest AI tools and audience insights to deliver campaigns that truly move the market.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
